In response to the covid pandemic, L2L went virtual for the first time ever in 2020. Then in 2021 we were the lead delivery partners in a major piece of National Research - the Pre Driver Theatre and Workshop Education Research project (PdTWER) undertaken by Elizabeth Box in conjunction with the RAC Foundation and Cranfield University. Using the findings from this research (full results available to the public in the coming months), we have revitalised L2L events, making some evidnece based changes to ensure our students are taking part in education interventions that have the best chance of producing behaviour changing learning.
We are booked into the Torquay Riviera Centre and Plymouth Guildhall, both of which are open to any schools and colleges who wish to book on. We are also taking our event to some of the larger colleges in Devon such as Exeter College, South Devon College, and Petroc College. We are also working with our colleagues in Cornwall to assist them with running some L2Ls in their area.
