Road SHaRP teaches young people the skills they may need should the unforeseen arise on the road. Skills that transfer to everyday life and work.
Stopping Safely in the event of a breakdown, puncture or accident.
Getting the Help you need. The who, how, and when of a 999 call, and most importantly how to give a clear location.
And finally learning how even untrained bystanders can save lives with some simple steps to aid casualties. In our Response Preparedness module, we look at the psychology of recovery, simple steps to help casualties, as well as controlling serious bleeding and CPR/defib knowledge.
This session teaches young people transferrable life skills, making not just better road users but better equipped members of society.
